Booking Details and Payment

In order to confirm your booking 100% payment is required within 48 hours of receipt of a BillSki invoice.

Cancellation – up to 30 days prior to the lesson a 50% refund is paid. Less than 30 days before the lesson no refund will be paid.

No refund will be paid for unused lessons regardless of cause of cancellation.

Terms and Conditions

The instructor has the right to cancel the lessons aany time. In this case, a full refund will be given or if appropriate, the lesson will be rearranged.

Lift passes are obligatory and are not included in any lesson price.

Equipment hire is not included in any lesson price.

Please ensure you arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes ahead of the start time and with the appropriate equipment; in peak weeks please allow for lift queue times on your journey to our meeting points and note that our group lessons can not wait for delayed arrivals.

Should you be running late for a lesson please inform us at least 15 minutes ahead of the start time. In the event of no communication to inform us of a delayed arrival, your instructor will wait 10 minutes only beyond the star time, for group lessons and 15 minutes only for private lessons.

Due to the nature of alpine snow sports, all clients participate at their own risk. We, Billski, hold no liability for damage to property or liability for personal injury during our lessons. Please ensure that you have the correct and sufficient insurance for your lesson.

If at anytime you are not happy with the progress during, or after your lesson, please speak immediately to your instructor so that we can address the issue.
